Our family enjoyed our stay at this VRBO very much. There were 12 of us in all ranging from 7 months to 59years old and everyone was very comfortable. The house was very clean and well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed. Unfortunately the storm which, preceded us, dumped a lot of sand and debris into the pool so we didn't really use it until it was cleaned towards the end of our stay. The location was wonderful too, we were able to enjoy the beach and the Marina a few times, including a very nice dinner at Island71, and were still able to spend a fair amount of time in Charleston and other area attractions. It would have been nice to have a few more towels available but, that was just a minor inconvenience.

Property inside nice, but beware there are a lot of stairs! The living room needs more comfortable seating- the furniture had been changed since we booked the property. The outside could be beautiful but the deck, screened porches and pool need a lot of work. The upper screened porch railings and floor were very dirty. There was only one bath towel per person, so we had to do laundry twice just for that and the dryer did not work well. I feel like it was overpriced given the condition of the outside.

This home has so much potential but needs some TLC. It has a great layout, lots of sports stuff and nice appliances. But the quality of the house is not consistent- for instance, the plastic outdoor chairs are cracked and need replaced and there were leaking faucets and mold in a shower. There were a bunch of things in need of repair so I emailed a list to the property manager. I was so disappointed in her response. Not only did none of it get fixed while we were there, but she tried to explain why I was wrong about the issues and wanted me to spend my vacation time taking pictures of all the problems instead of coming to see for herself.
