LIVING AREA

A sectional, sofa, and two armchairs set the scene for relaxation and comfort in the living area. When the sun sets, kick back and settle in to stream favorite shows on the smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite foods in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and helpful gadgets.

While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three. Gather for mealtime around the six-person dining table.

BED & BATH

This vacation rental accommodates 16 guests in four suites – each equipped with a smart TV.

Find supreme comfort in the ocean-view top-floor primary suite, complete with a king bed, full bed, and a private balcony with seating for two. The en-suite bathroom comes with a double vanity, garden soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

The second suite features two queen beds and a desk, while the third and fourth suites are each outfitted with two queen beds as well.

The other three en-suite bathrooms are each configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Parking is available for two cars, with one designated spot in the carport and a second spot behind that in the driveway. Additional parking may be available nearby on the street or by the tennis courts on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: The freshwater fishing dock is located at the corner of Lagoon Road and Back Bay Drive.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
