Beach House featuring 7 bedrooms with additional game room and sleeping den is oceanfront on the Isle of Palms perfect to gather your family and friends together for a relaxing and affordable beach vacation! With beautiful Ocean and beach views, a large furnished screened porch, and 2 levels of open sundecks, this 4,022 sq ft home offers the space and convenience for up to 16 guests.

The main living area is on the first floor and consists of the kitchen, living room, dining room, and four guest bedrooms. The large, open kitchen features a built-in wall oven and microwave, side-by-side fridge, smooth 5 burner electric cooktop, 2 dishwashers, and granite counters. The huge center island offers plenty of meal preparation areas and accommodates 7 stools. It’s perfect to serve the kids snacks or meals. The dining room area, with its marvelous ocean view, has a table that seats 11. The living room is comfortable and airy and the wall-to-wall sliding glass doors offer views of the beach and ocean along with access to the screened porch. A TV/DVD will keep young and old entertained with their favorite programs. For entertaining, there is a full wet bar, with a granite counter, sink, full-size fridge, TV, and 3 bar stools.

The 1st bedroom located on the first floor is a sleeping den with 2 Twin beds and a full hall bath with a shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, is oceanfront, and features a TV/VCR/DVD. It offers handicapped accessibility to the screened porch and hallway handicapped bath which is equipped with a granite top, roll-under sink, and tiled shower stall with a grab bar, bench seat, and handheld shower. Bedroom 3 with a Queen bed, TV/DVD, and a shared Jack n Jill bath with tub/shower. The game room is also bedroom #4 and includes a Queen Murphy bed with TV/DVD, and a card table with 4 chairs. It shares the Jack n Jill bath. The laundry is conveniently located in the hallway.

The second floor consists of the Primary Bedroom and bathroom, 2 of the remaining guest bedrooms, and a full guest bath. The large Primary bedroom features a King bed, TV/DVD/VCR, private sundeck with lounge chairs, and spectacular, panoramic ocean views! The primary bath is complete with a tiled, walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and Jacuzzi tub with an ocean view. Bedroom 5 includes 2 Twin beds, and a TV and shares a full hall bath with a tub/shower. Bedroom 6 has an ocean view and has a Queen bed, a Twin Daybed with trundle, TV/DVD, and shares a full hall bath.

Pricing  & Availability:
Enter arrival dates and departure dates. Click the book now button to view the price and associated fees.  For part of April through part of October our homes only rent for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays.  During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays.
--Policy--
When making an online reservation on VRBO,  you will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home.  The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation!  Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by  East Islands Rentals.
Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.  
Travel Insurance:
East Islands Rentals offers travel insurance to all of its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian's specialty is the Vacation Rental Industry.  Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of a job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company.   Once a reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.
If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane.  Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.
