There is plenty of room for large groups, families and friends. Must be 25 years or older to lease. Weekly Rental (Saturday to Saturday) during prime season - June, July and first two weeks of August. Three Night minimum during off season.

The property was accurately described and provided plenty of room for our large group. There were 4 refrigerators so plenty of room for food and beverages. Nice that it also has 2 separate gathering areas- one on each floor. Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. We have a very large family, and it was perfect for us. Walking distance to the beach was a definite bonus. The host was nice and very responsive!

We booked this house for our boys to play baseball. The house was a good size to where all the kids literally had their own room. However the dryer in the house tore up some of clothing. Just beware of the dryer. Overall good house for lots of kids.
