The living area offers comfortable seating around the TV and fireplace, while the dining space and open kitchen make group meals simple. Two breakfast bars add extra seating, and the well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for quick beach snacks, big family dinners, or low-key mornings before heading out. With seven bedrooms, the setup works especially well for extended families, friend groups, and multi-family stays. Two king bedrooms offer primary-style comfort, three queen bedrooms provide easy guest accommodations, and two additional rooms with twin/trundle-style sleeping are great for kids or extra guests. Five full bathrooms help keep mornings and beach cleanup moving smoothly. Outdoor convenience is a major perk here. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - This home allows one pet weighing under 40lbs for a fee of $250. Pets must be approved in advance. Unauthorized animals may be subject to a minimum $500 fine. - Although this home is dog friendly, the property is NOT fully fenced. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity.
