About this house rental
Large two story, seven bedroom home located two lots from the beach on a quiet cul-de-sac offering nice ocean views from multiple decks and porches. The second floor living area includes beautiful wood flooring and updated furniture, a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances (including a commercial ice machine). Two screened porches have been added to the property, one on the second floor and the other at roof level, both offering ocean views. The first floor offers a large living area with a pool table and TV. Fireplace not for guest use. Wireless Internet. Linens Included. Garage access is NOT available.
Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

It was a great house with plenty of sleeping space, very nice kitchen (we did most of the meals on-site), and plenty of great meeting spaces, especially the porches. Maintenance was very quick in clearing a clogged A/C condensate drain. Would recommend maintenance on lighting over stove and lighting in stairwell to top deck - no lighting working which was a bit dicy. Would recommend getting a landscape co. to handle the virginia creeper and other vines that are strangling a good portion of the landscaping.

The common space, kitchen and decks were well utilized! Location superb.Bathrooms were fully functional, but could use updates to plaster. Extra mirrors in bedrooms would also help for large groups, trying to get ready at the same time outside of bathroom mirrors.

The downstairs was not clean, sheets-even after asking them to check and be sure before arrival because this had happened previously.
