We did not have breakfast. Not sure why but it was not mentioned by host. Good garden setting if one wanted to braai etc though we spent hardly any time in the accommodation.
A bit apprehensive about street parking for our vehicle. Split level bedroom was not ideal but offset by its spaciousness.

Not included. Area safe.
Neighbours across street noisy. Would have liked wood for the stove. - We arrived late in rain and couldn't ho shopping. Main complaint: The geaser was out of order, thus the shower was cold. Brrr... No flat sheet. Shower not equiped with holder for soap, ect.
