Spotlessly clean rooms, brilliant staff and great location.

The room was spotlessly clean and the staff couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. Brilliant food downstairs if you choose to eat there, the breakfast was more than ample (great coffee) and excellent pizza. The selection of pastries and cakes was immense! Great location only 5-10 minutes walk from the train station.

A localização muito perto da estação de comboio. Camas confortáveis duche excelente, muito limpo e silencioso. ótimo aquecimento .Café na cave do prédio onde se pode tomar o pequeno almoço. Ótima opção para seguir viagem para Tirano ( para fazer o Bernina )

Super comodo e confortable a due passi dal centro

Posizione centralissima a due passi dalla Piazza Garibaldi e dal Tribunale, super pulito ed ottimo per una giornata di smart working prima di una rilassante passeggiata lungo il Mallero. Parcheggio coperto sotto la struttura un plus irrinunicabile sia per auto che per moto

Tiepido come il riscaldamento...

Molto disponibile il ragazzo che ci ha accolto, unica persona dello staff vista in struttura. Poi il nulla. Siamo stati dal 31 dicembre al 3 gennaio. Camera pulita.

Pasticceria chiusa per ferie. Ristorante chiuso per ferie. Non entro nel merito della scelta ma come si pubblicizza sul sito la presenza di ristorante e bar così si dovrebbe dare informativa della loro chiusura . Ho avuto l'impressione che le due strutture (ristorante e rooms) non comunichino tra di loro. Riscaldamento acceso poco (il termostato in camera serve a nulla se centralmente la pompa di calore viene attivata solo in fasce orarie molto limitate). Bagno freddo. Acqua calda ..appena tiepida. Letto matrimoniale che in realtà sono due letti singoli avvicinati. Onestamente....mi aspettavo di più....e siamo una coppia che viaggia molto abituata ad adattarsi. Non mi sento di dare un giudizio completamente positivo alla struttura.

Hotel non convincente, prezzi troppo alto per la qualità dei servizi offerti,ristorante molto buono

Camere senza carta igienica, senza sapone e bagnoschiuma, doccia camera 41 rotta, solo acqua bollente. Prezzi alti per il prodotto offerto. Molto interessante invece le proposte del ristorante di buona qualità a prezzi molto convenienti. Peccato dovrei dormire altro 5 giorni però sono titubante.

Pulizia, qualità arredi, servizi per la persona quali carta igienica, non solo un rotolo, bagnoschiuma in doccia e lavamani.

Accoglienza zero, lenzuola e camera sporca acqua della doccia non regolabile usciva caldissima, letti con materassi sottilissimo e scomodi nel mobile del cucinino c erano ancora residui di cibo che aveva lasciato il cliente precedente

OLTRE LE MIE ASPETTATIVE

Cercavamo un alloggio per una notte per un viaggio di gruppo in moto, abbiamo trovato Freeabile spulciando tra i siti internet. Tra qualche difficoltà di gruppo per via delle date e persone che hanno disdetto all'ultimo, ci siamo ritrovati in due, e reso noto questo al personale, senza spazientirsi ne giudicare ci hanno fatto trovare una camera doppia BELLISSIMA! (senza costi aggiuntivi). La loro disponibilità e gentilezza si distingue dai soliti hotel. Inoltre la camera è ben attrezzata con un piccolo cucinino, un bagno moderno e super pulito, e una camera a dir poco bellissima, moderna e accogliente. Ho girato tantissimo ma penso che questa sia stata la mia esperienza preferita, vorrei ci fossero più opportunità di questo tipo!

Non ho trovato aspetti negativi. La struttura è nuova, inoltre in un punto strategico, con bistrò e pasticceria, praticamente ha tutto!

Palazzo ristrutturato (con alcuni lavori ancora non completati)

Soggiorno di 2 gg sfortunato, causa rottura serratura di sera tardi con (buona e rapida) riprotezione in altra stanza, e (meno buoni) conseguenti disagi per tutti gli altri ospiti - martellate e trapano fino all' 1 e poi dalle 7 del mattino, per liberare i bagagli e gli effetti personali rimasti intrappolati. Chi era sul posto si è prodigato (grazie) , la gestione remota della struttura è rimasta....remota.

Posizione centrale, posto auto. Camera pulita . Bar pizzeria con ampia scelta di dolci per la colazione e uno spazio esterno dove abbiamo visto sempre gente seduta ai tavolini in una atmosfera distesa e amichevole

Niente. Renderei un po’ più accoglienti le camere aggiungendo qualche utensile/posata, un altro cestino in camera oltre a quello in bagno, qualche prodotto cura corpo in più e magari una Smart tv

- Betten unkomfortabel - Kein Vorhang vor der Balkontüre (Habe ein Handtuch ins Fenster als Sichtschutz gehangen - Keine Klimaanlage zumindest habe ich sie nicht gefunden und auch keine Fernbedienung für eine eventuelle Klimaanlage (trotz Angabe es währe eine vorhanden)
