The VBRO listing states ‘Golf cart included’ it is not included in the price of the rental it is extra.That is my only complaint. That does need to be clarified in the listing.The house is perfect! Location, layout of the house and communication was wonderful!!!!!We asked to check in a little early and we were able to!

It was a great central location to all our favorite areas of 30A. Perfect basement area for all the teens to hang out and have a giant sleepover!

Great place to stay with close beach access. Property was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Paper products were limited. There are 5 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas at the property. Listing was not accurate in regards to pet policy. There is a limit of two pets at 250 each. Golf cart must be rented separately. No checkout instructions were provided.
