Отличное расположение, уютная квартира, удобно, что спальни на втором уровне, ребенок спит мы спокойно можем завтракать на нижнем этаже, в квартире есть все необходимое , заселение супер комфортно прошло, понятная инструкция, спасибо, всем рекомендую

Должен сказать, что расположение было очень отличным — как по мне, прямо в центре города. Дом очень ՞открытый՞ и светлый, находится совсем рядом с Дом Юстиции` 10 минут, внимательная xозяйка быстро отвечает на ваши электронные письма. Всё было рядом — и, что особенно важно, недалеко от большого супермаркета Carrefour.
Я бы посоветовал добавить побольше тарелок и чашек для кофе, а также кофеварку, ведь мы, армяне, очень любим пить кофе. жарковато в спальнях՝ громкие кондиционеры, спать мешали из-за шума, нужно придумать что-то другое. На кухне кондиционер (не было пульта)— вещь первой необходимости, поскольку без него невозможно справиться с жарой в Тифлисе. Я считаю необходимым решить все вопросы, все нюансы, чтобы получить положительные отзывы. Вы со мной согласны!...Несмотря на это, у нас были хорошие дни.

Большой минус то что в квартире не было шкафа шифанера для вещей и кондиционер в гостиной не работал а то что в комнате кондиционер очень шумный
