Apartment on Sundukiani Street Lane

Value for money - excellent. The entire apartment was very clean and well-equipped. We didn't miss anything. There were clean and fragrant bedding and towels. However, the most important thing was that we had not experienced such great hospitality for a long time. George and his wife are extremely kind and wonderful people. They lent us laundry detergent and an electric heater so that our clothes could dry faster. Additionally, it was nice to talk to them. Thank you for this stay and we recommend it.

Everything was great.

It is a very nicely renovated privately owned house with a cosy yard. A very comfortable and traditionally looking place, ideal for a holiday of 2-4 families and giving a unique chance to feel true old Tbilisi. The owner's family is very friendly and supportive, always responding fast and efficiently. The rooms and their facilities are very clean and sufficient, we had everything at our disposal and if something was missing, we asked the owner by WhatsApp and he arranged everything in a minute or two. WiFi is fast.

It is easy to confuse the Apartments at Gabriel Sundukiani Street turn 4 with a private home at Gabriel Sundukiani Street 4. Apparently, it is a common mistake made by guests. Now the apartments' street name is changed, but it is not visible on Google Maps. The right direction is the following: If you go along Davit Aghmashenebeli Str. from Marjanishvili Metro Station, turn left to Gabriel Sundukiani Street and go ahead until you see a roadblock, then turn left to a narrow path and walk about 10-15 m until you see the black gate with number 4 on the plate. Here it is.
