Exquisite Two Bedroom Apartment With a Mezzanine

Good location. Although the buildings in the area are mostly old and in need of restoration, there is a very beautiful Kote Marjanishvili Square nearby - just a 7-minutes walk. The nearest metro station is also located there. The apartment itself is extremely spacious, the ceiling in the hall is very high due to the second floor. There is a bathtub in the apartment, which is a rare thing in Georgia. The host was quick to respond to our requests. At the end of our trip, the water was turned off in the city (this was not a problem of a specific apartment or building, it was a city-wide event), and the host prudently brought us two six-liter bottles of drinking water.

When we first arrived, there was no microwave in the apartment, towels and toiletries were scarce. There was also dust and dirt on some of the surfaces. However, after I reported this to the host, all that was fixed while we went for a half-hour walk. After that, the only thing that differed from the description was that in one of the rooms there was not a double bed, but two single beds pushed together. At night, we noticed that there was no hot water in the apartment, and in the morning we reported this to the host. This problem was quickly solved, it turned out that something was wrong with the boiler.
