Niko's Apartments on Shartava Street

I stayed here for 30 days. The location is pretty good. I previously stayed at a location near the old town where I had to walk 2 km to reach a pretty bad supermarket. Here you will find several adequate supermarkets within 1-5 minutes walk. The nearest metro station is 10-15 minutes away. The room is small, as others have remarked, and the maintenance of the bathroom fixtures is not optimal, but you need to consider what is important for you. There is a long narrow space that is good enough for pacing up and down or doing a little workout. The fridge is clean, there is a small counter and the stove is powerful, so you can easily cook simple meals. If cooking is important to you, then this is a better option than most hotels. The air conditioner can keep the small space as cool as you want. The hostess's son drove me to the train station as a favor at the end of my stay, which saved me the trouble of lugging my bags through the metro system.

The building has a somewhat diabolical system that makes you pay randomly for elevator rides--at any rate, it is a system outside my previous range of elevator experience Fortunately, the hostess gave me a payment card which had enough on it for all the important trips with bags that I needed to make, but I tended to use the stairs on principle and to avoid the nuisance. The biggest nuisance was not the owner's fault--it was a yapping peanut-brained dog in a neighboring apartment that would bark at everything, most of all when its owners were absent. There was some street noise, too, for which mainly motorcyclists were to blame, but it was not such a big deal. The hot water did fail to work twice, however texting through Whatsapp brought a rapid response, so I can confidently say that you will get help quickly if something doesn't work.

every thing available specifically in the kitchen, view was good and location is great. every thing working fine.

Location, easy access to transport — buses and metro, a lot of shops around.

No microwave — had to remember the gas oven cooking skills.
