Отличные апартаменты. Очень чисто и уютно. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Магазины и кафе в шаговой доступности.
Все хорошо, за исключением шума машин по ночам. Но это не критично.

Расположение полностью соответствовало нашим запросам. В любую точку Тбилиси быстро и недорого попадали на такси, а иногда и пешком. Наличие двух отдельных спален и общей гостиной с вместительным столом и несколькими стульями, а также диваном и большим телевизором, обеспечили нам комфортное и удобное проживание. Хозяин проявил к нам внимание и радушие, при просьбах шел навстречу.
В первые ночи проживания я плохо спала из-за шума машин за окном, так как апартаменты находятся на первом этаже, а окна обеих спален выходят на проезжую часть. Подушка показалась мне неудобной, в спальне не хватало ночника, хотя моей сестре все перечисленное неудобств не доставляло. Трижды у нас отключалось отопление, но мы научились сами его включать. Прошу владельца обратить внимание на неполную герметичность душевой кабины (плинтус отходит): вода из нее может попадать на пол.

В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания, даже такие мелочи как соль, масло и кофе! Ремонт сделан очень качественно и там очень приятно было находиться. Очень легкое заселение и выселение.
