The apartment was exactly like described. Cosy, clean, and quiet. Furniture and facilities were in good condition (aside from the bath sink, which they tried to flush for me). It has heating system and air-conditioning too.
Location was ok,, on a main street (which made finding taxis very easy), and there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. I liked the big park next door too. However, it was little bit away from city center (20 mins), so in traffic it took longer to get there.
This is a private apartment, not part of a hotel. Therefore, room service is not available, but for me it wasn't a problem, i clean as i go.
The host was super friendly and helpful everytime i contacted her.
Maybe more directions to reach there,, i got so confused the first time.

Location is very suitable to my visit purpose ( near the university) .
Clean and teddy apartment and complex.
some furniture ( Sofa) need to be renewed .
