הדירה גדולה ומרווחת ומעוצבת בטוב טעם המרפסת מושלמת ויפיפה!!! המיקום של הדירה נעים, שקט, פסטורלי ורגוע מאד!! בעל המקום היה אדיב וזמין לכל שאלה ששאלנו ובמהירות!! המטבח היה נקי ממש ומאובזר
הדירה בקומה הרביעית ללא מעלית והמדרגות מאד צרות ולולייניות, היה לנו מאד מאד קשה לעלות!! למרות שידעו מראש שאין מעלית לא חשבנו שיהיה ככה קשה אבל גרם המדרגות צר ויש המון מדרגות אז קחו בחשבון שני המקררים לא עבדו טוב בכלל!! הבאנו איתנו אוכל לבשל והמקרר לא קירר בכלל!! יש לו מקפיא פצפון שדחסנו לתוכו כמה שיכולנו כדי שהאוכל לא התקלקל, מה שלא נכנס פשוט זרקנו וחבל הדירה לא מתוחזקת כמו שצריך, העיצוב היפה והאומנותי שלה דורש תחזוק שלצערנו לא היה טוב והחדרים היו מאובקים, היה חסר סבון ידיים באחד המקלחות, עלה מידי פעם ריח של ביוב מהאסלות
