Apartment Ornament

Quite centrally located, 1 step from David the Builder street, its pedestrian part catering to Middle Eastern tourists (get this flat if you are one), spacious (a large living room and a bedroom), excellent air conditioning, equipped kitchen. Bathrooms are tiny, but there are two of them. There is no natural light whatsoever, but in the scorching hot days of August that was an advantage.

The steps on the floor above are a REAL problem. Each step is a bump on your head.

Apartment Ornament is in an excellent location with many restaurants, attractions, shops, pharmacies, hairdressers, dentists, beauty salons all in close walking distance. The apartment is very clean and has all the facilities for a very comfortable stay. Although the apartment is within a few metres of a very busy street full of restaurants you could not hear anything at night and the bed is very comfortable with good linen. The owner personally came to meet me at the apartment and explain everything in good English.

I was staying in the attic (top floor, under the roof. There is also first floor available it seems). Apartment is really warm (3 heaters), which is hard to find and really good for Tbilisi winter. Interesting design. Nice wifi. Really nice mattress bed. Location is nice. Host was really nice, friendly and helpful.

Attic has really low ceiling. Quite easy to bump your head, take care, first floor might be a better option. In the attic kitchen there is no stove (fridge, water faucet and teapot only), so you have to get down to common area kitchen, to make a coffee or to cook. Bathroom is quite cold. There is no table or chairs to work comfortably. Location is quite silent in general, but you can hear everything your neighbors (down-/upstairs) are doing. Considering there nuances and price, there might be better options available.
