Mansarda House

Location, super clean, fully equipped, quiet, comfortable beds, nice host- replies fast on messages. I stayed at six different places during my trip in Georgia. This one was the best.

The property offers everything one could need, and the host, Kristina, is exceptionally kind and attentive, always willing to help. I stayed there for 15 days with my partner, and it was my first trip to such a distant destination. The experience was absolutely worth it. The location is excellent and very central. Marjanishvili metro station is just a few steps away, making it easy to get around Tbilisi. There are many shops nearby, and the area feels safe and pleasant to walk around at any time. Old Tbilisi is also within walking distance, allowing for relaxed and enjoyable walks through the city. We visited during winter, and the apartment was warm and very comfortable. Upon arrival, Kristina welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some sweets, which was a thoughtful gesture. The apartment is fully furnished, spotless, and all appliances work perfectly, including the kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, and showers. The price is very reasonable, and payment was flexible. We were able to pay in US dollars and received the change in local currency without any issues. Kristina also took the time to explain everything in detail upon arrival, making our stay even more comfortable. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and left me with an excellent impression of Georgia, largely thanks to the outstanding hospitality. On the day of departure, our flight was late at night, and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the lower floor after checking out at noon, which was greatly appreciated. We never felt rushed at any point. If we return to Georgia in the future, we would definitely choose this property again. We highly recommend it and feel very grateful to have found it. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave. I wish I could go back in time and be there again...

Никогда не пишу отзывы. Тут можно сделать исключение. Просто невероятная хозяйка! Настолько идеальная чистота в номере (я бы даже назвала это квартирой). Ни пылинки, ни соринки, все начищено. В квартире продуманно все до мелочей, освещение каждой зоны, много спальных мест. Гостинная-кухня, 2 спальни, каждая с выходом на балкон (где можно посушить вещи, посидеть на креслах), 2 ванные комнаты (плитка просто сверкает, чистота, вкусно пахнут полотенца). Стиральная машинка, посудомойка, чайник, плита, микроволновка, столовые приборы, все для того чтобы приготовить еду(кастрюльки, сковородки). Вообщем полноценная квартира, подходит для долгого жилья. Мы были в Тбилиси 2 дня. Но так хотелось остаться подольше. Обязательно вернемся! Хозяйка квартиры Кристина, посоветовала нам куда сходить, что посмотреть. Мы остались просто в восторге! Месторасположение жилья идеально! В сердце города. Во дворе растут гранаты😍 рядом целая улица кафе. Редко встретишь таких замечательных людей, с душевным подходом к своему делу и к людям. Все очень понравилось. Хозяйка апартаментов Кристина - просто прелесть. Все необходимое для комфортного пребывания есть.
