My wife Viktoriia and I can say without a doubt that this is the best apartment in all of Tbilisi, Georgia! From the moment we arrived, we absolutely loved it! The perfect place to call home during our time in this incredible city. The apartment was incredibly homely, spacious, very clean and tidy, modern, and full of character. It had such a welcoming atmosphere that we immediately felt comfortable and at home. The bed and sofas were extremely comfortable, which made relaxing after a long day of exploring Tbilisi even more enjoyable. The apartment also had every facility we could possibly have wanted, and then some! Everything was thoughtfully provided, making our stay incredibly convenient and completely hassle-free. We particularly loved having two luxurious bathrooms at our disposal, which was such a great feature and made the apartment even more practical. Having air conditioning in multiple rooms was another huge bonus, especially during the summer heat in Tbilisi. It kept the apartment wonderfully cool and comfortable throughout our stay. It was wonderfully quiet both during the day and at night, making it incredibly easy to relax, unwind, and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Overall, we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If you’re considering booking this apartment, JUST BOOK IT! You would honestly be making a huge mistake by staying anywhere else. It exceeded all of our expectations, and we would happily return in a heartbeat. And a BIG shoutout to Kristina, our wonderful host! She is genuinely one of the kindest, most caring, and helpful people you could ever meet. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt completely welcome throughout our stay. Her warmth, hospitality, and incredibly speedy communication whenever we needed anything made an already fantastic experience even more special. Kristina was also incredibly generous with her time and local knowledge.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like! Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. In fact, we loved it so much that we booked this apartment twice during the same trip! If that doesn’t tell you how highly we recommend it, we don’t know what will!

Location, super clean, fully equipped, quiet, comfortable beds, nice host- replies fast on messages. I stayed at six different places during my trip in Georgia. This one was the best.

The property offers everything one could need, and the host, Kristina, is exceptionally kind and attentive, always willing to help. I stayed there for 15 days with my partner, and it was my first trip to such a distant destination. The experience was absolutely worth it. The location is excellent and very central. Marjanishvili metro station is just a few steps away, making it easy to get around Tbilisi. There are many shops nearby, and the area feels safe and pleasant to walk around at any time. Old Tbilisi is also within walking distance, allowing for relaxed and enjoyable walks through the city. We visited during winter, and the apartment was warm and very comfortable. Upon arrival, Kristina welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some sweets, which was a thoughtful gesture. The apartment is fully furnished, spotless, and all appliances work perfectly, including the kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, and showers. The price is very reasonable, and payment was flexible. We were able to pay in US dollars and received the change in local currency without any issues. Kristina also took the time to explain everything in detail upon arrival, making our stay even more comfortable. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and left me with an excellent impression of Georgia, largely thanks to the outstanding hospitality. On the day of departure, our flight was late at night, and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the lower floor after checking out at noon, which was greatly appreciated. We never felt rushed at any point. If we return to Georgia in the future, we would definitely choose this property again. We highly recommend it and feel very grateful to have found it.
