1. big fridge! :-)
2. very reach kitchen set
3. nice kitchen with table and stools
4. big space to rest - living room with table and chairs
5. two toilets with showers
1. rubbish bin in the kitchen too small
2. no kitchen paper towels
3. only one air conditioning set in the living room, rather should be in the bedrooms, which are located on the very noise side of building

We stayed in the apartement for 2 nights. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, has all the necessary equipments. Location is perfect. One can reach the main sights of interesting in 10 minutes on foot.
Hosts are very friendly, and are eager to help with everything even in the late night.
I thing this is a perfect place for big and small groups.
