Все дуже стильно, повністю відповідає фото. Класне розташування, ми ходили пішки і в біопарк, і в центр міста, в парк Турії та ботсад. Поруч зупинки транспорту, а також пекарні, фруктові лавки, все зручно.

У ванній не було жодної полички, а також при вході якогось крючка вішати одяг. Також немає верхніх поличок на кухні, за кожною чашкою/тарілкою треба нахилятися, і нема куди сховати речі від маленької дитини.

We had a generally good stay. The apartment is renovated and decorated in a very nice style. The double bed was large, comfortable, and perfect for sleeping well. There was also a large mirror, which was useful during our stay. The location is good – around 20–25 minutes on foot to the city center, with good bus connections both to the center and to the beach. The main bus station is also only about a 15-minute walk away. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed for basic cooking. However, there was no salt, pepper, or sugar provided. On the positive side, there were three coffee sachets with cream/milk available.

There were a few downsides. The bathroom has no ventilation, and it is difficult to air out the apartment because both the door and the window face the street. For three people, the space felt a bit small and there was not enough room for everyone’s belongings, so I would recommend it more for two people or for short stays of 2 days. When we arrived, there was only one roll of toilet paper, one trash bag, only two cups for three people, and no pillowcase for the third person. However, after we asked, the host provided an extra roll of toilet paper, more trash bags, and the pillowcase on the next day, which we appreciated.

Arredamento nuovo e molto completo, letto largo e posizione a 25 minuti a piedi dal centro (in mezzora con il 95 si raggiunge Parco oceanografico) ed a 15 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Turia. La casa è un interessante sistema per il riuso di vecchi negozi trasformati in residenze. Essendo al piano terra hanno avuto l'accortezza di installare un antifurto (con assistenza remota), molto efficiente, dopo pochi minuti che per sbaglio abbiamo fatto suonare l'antifurto senza riuscire subito a spegnerlo è arrivata la polizia a controllare. Servizi vicini (supermercato mercadona a 300 metri e gelateria molto buona a 50 metri). Ci tornerei.

Qualche difficoltà con l'antifurto (batteria un po scarica ed istruzioni poco chiare) e con l'apertura della porta (non si apriva del tutto perché strusciava). La TV ha solo canali a pagamento e mancano canali TV internazionali e nazionali (almeno non li ho trovati). Non mi è troppo piaciuta l'assenza di finestre (solo quella fontale, ma normale essendo un negozio trasformato in residenza). Migliorabile l'assistenza in loco per le emergenze e/o guasti (tutta in remoto e via mail) e la robustezza della porta (a vetri e con serratura che non è sembrata antiscasso, però compensata dalla presenza di antifurto). Su google Maps l'appartamento non è individuabile ma pubblico le foto dell'ingresso.

Pensado para estancias cortas (menos de 3 dias) y personas con problemas de accesibilidad, ya que estaba en planta baja y el baño estaba adpatado. (pila baja, ducha amplia para entrar, etc). La cama super comoda.

Habia olor a podrido que salia del baño y una gotera. Ademas solo han dejado 1 papel higienico para 5 dias y 1 sola bolsa de basura. Es un poco oscuro y poc ventilado.
