He helped us so much organise our holiday. Some hotels go above and beyond, and this is the gold standard of ski holidays. The ski room was exceptionally well cleaned and the swimming pool and sauna and spa. I've read reviews here about people talking about cold, absolute nonsense. If you have any fear of booking this holiday from reading one of these reviews, don't read, don't listen to them. They're absolutely nonsense. The other thing to talk about is the breakfast is sensational, and honestly, the waiter is so nice in the restaurant, and the food, we ate there every night for seven nights, and really liked their food. And it's good value for money as well. Listen, if you're gonna go skiing, do not look past this hotel. I heavily recommend it.

Rather disappointing.
Location and parking. The bed and pillows were comfortable and bathroom facilities were good. The spa area is nice.
The awful music being played via the TV, the bright lights in the bar area at night time, the noise from the corridor the bedrooms are off and the noise heard from adjacent rooms. The food selection at breakfast was quite poor. The temperature in the steam room in the spa was far too hot and not lighting in the steam room either.

Great place great host
Franco is the true soul of this place. A fantastic host who goes beyond his line of duty to make you feel at home. The place is in a cul de sac overlooking a huge field ending with a view on the Glacier of Rutor and its waterfalls

We enjoyed everything about our stay at La Thuile Resort and Spa
Hotel La Thuile Resort & Spa is a wonderful place to stay when you visit La Thuile. The staff is great and the accommodations are very comfortable. Franco and the entire staff are very friendly and made our visit even more perfect. We enjoyed a soak in the pool and sauna after a day of activities. The location is a perfectly enjoyable walk for visiting the village or the ski area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
The terrific staff and clean and spacious suites with exceptional views. The delicious breakfasts and the easily walkable location.

I didn't get the time to use the pool or other equipment, but the hotel has a convenient location, the room was comfortable, and the personnel were polite and helpful.
