Superior triple room is amazing. Great stay
Triple superior room was very comfortable. Spacious room and bathroom. Fully equipped. Comfortable bed and room cleanliness was outstanding. Cleaners did a fabulous job. Breakfast was varied and service was excellent/courteous from the staff in the breakfast room. Hotel is authentic, charming and cosy.
Lighting in room was deficient.

Great location, spa needs a deep clean
The location was fantastic for skiing in La Thuile (which I have been to over a dozen times). Breakfast was good as were the common rooms and bedrooms. The breakfast was also great.
The spa was tiny and smelled like mildew: it needed a deep clean with clorine to eliminate the mildew and the smell. I booked the spa a few nights but the sauna was broken and it was the main reason I went to the spa - but they still charged me and my guests. The spa (especially sauna) was the key feature I wanted to use, and it being broken made the stay less valuable.

Exceptional
Fabulous hotel, very welcoming, beautiful interior. The room was very clean, the breakfast was superb. Lots of on site parking for cars and bikes.
My plug adaptor didn't fit to charge my phone so charged using USB on the TV. Not a complaint, just unexpected!
