Comfortable and easy stay

No communication about problem!

Location was good. See comments about bedroom and lack of response - otherwise flat was nice.

The curtain rail in the bedroom was broken so we couldn't close the curtains. It was a downstairs flat with a window from ceiling to floor and the car park outside this. The glass was frosted but, of course, when the light was on, the room was like a goldfish bowl from outside. I appreciate the landlord may have not known about the curtain pole, e.g. if it was broken by the previous visitors, BUT he sent me a mobile number to call "if there were any problems" and we called this 4 times from 2 different phones and there wasn't even a ring tone. I then sent a message via Booking.com but he didn't reply to that and then sent us a message (presumably automated as he did not even acknowledge my message) to ask if our first night was to our satisfaction. I sent 2 replies to highlight the issue I had already informed him about but, again, received no response. He then sent another message (ignoring our issue) to tell us how to check out the next day and I sent a further message about the curtain issue. Even since then (a week since our initial arrival), I have not received any response about the problem.

Suited our needs…had some inconveniences.

The location was great…15 minute walk to Southampton Central. The apartment was cute. Loved having the washer/dryer. It really helped us transition. The kitchen has some essentials to make cooking easier.

I was confused about the lack of towels. No kitchen or paper towels. It’s hard to cook when you are only given 2 body towels. I was also surprised there weren’t more instructions; helpful tips, for power, tv, appliances. Especially when you’re from a different country. I’m learning Europeans like super soft beds and rock hard couches…funny!

Pretty good, needs a few little things done and would be really good

Nice and warm on arrival and quite comfortable

No coat hangers, but rectified same day, broken curtain rail, mirror not screwed to wall, nowhere to store clothing, no hooks to hang coats and damp towels and wet tea towel.

Great stay and Tom was wonderful to deal with

This property had all the utensils to be able to cook a meal and this space was very clean
