L’emplacement est bien, proche des pistes de ski. Il est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais cela reste très pratique, car on peut faire de belles balades et profiter de la nature.

L’hôte ne répondait pas à nos messages, et les informations importantes concernant l’accès nous ont été transmises seulement au dernier moment, juste avant notre arrivée. Cela a été source d’inquiétude, d’autant plus que nous avions envoyé plusieurs messages sans recevoir de réponse, même courte, ce qui aurait été rassurant. Une meilleure réactivité et une communication plus en amont seraient vraiment appréciées.

Lovely location, great size and the bonus of a sauna (instructions to use the sauna would have been helpful)

Very poor communication with host. I was hoarding my flight still with no address or check in details despite numerous attempts to make contact both on booking.com and Wotsaap. The kitchen was tidy but dishwasher full to the brim with the previous guests dishes etc. no kettle and no instructions to use the hobs or heating system. I think on the whole the place was brilliant and good value for money however the poor communication throughout made it slightly stressful.

Location address a little confusing but figured it out. Tried to arrange a food basket for late arrival but never appeared, however 2 supermarkets directly opposite so not an issue.
