Amazing home good location but not for such a large group

Amazing home. Comfy and spacious. Comfy beds. Close to shops airport and Santa park. Host purchased us some essentials upon request due to late arrival. Plenty of supplies and washing machine. Warm and cosy lots of room for the kids. Highchair and cots available too

Sleeps 12 but only 1 shower & no bath. 2 toilets but 1 is in the bedroom so if you are multiple families it’s aukward. The 1 shower was a massive let down. Only 8 seats at the dining table and max 6 in the lounge meaning you can’t all spend family time together at same time. The Santa park is not a 20 min walk it’s an hour so if you are with little ones it would take much longer. Could do with some more utensils for cooking. No kid friendly kitchenware or toys so bring items you need. Just felt it doesn’t suit 12 people even though it has the space. Imagine 12 people needing Shower before bed or going out in the morning Could not get the sauna to turn on. Please note if using the sauna it’s in the only shower so can’t be used at same time

Property was very clean, lovely and warm, hosts were great. Keys there to collect on arrival. I would definitely go back again. Great size property there was 10 of us and the beds was so comfy and warm. Slept great.

Un séjour hors du temps en famille dans une villa qui nous a permis de nous reposer entre deux activités.

L’esprit chaleureux de la villa, la place pour tous (nous étions 9) et la proximité du centre ville et des différents sites incontournables et agences de tourisme autours des activités de plein air.

Weihnachten bei Santa Claus

Wir konnten bei der Anreise ganz entspannt ankommen – der Schlüssel hing unkompliziert im Schlüsselkasten. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll weihnachtlich dekoriert. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen schönen Vorraum, ein offenes Wohnzimmer mit Ess-Küche sowie ein tolles Schlafzimmer für drei Personen inklusive Babybett. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist aufgrund ihrer Schmalheit etwas anspruchsvoll, dafür erwarten einen oben zwei weitere sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt acht Betten sowie ein Gäste-WC in der Dachschräge. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich außerdem ein WC mit Waschbecken sowie ein separater Waschraum mit Waschmaschine, Dusche und Sauna (letztere haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, ist aber ein schönes Extra). Die Ausstattung ist wirklich mega – es fehlt fast an nichts. Seife, WC-Papier, Shampoo und sogar einige Grundlebensmittel sind vorhanden. Weitere Lebensmittel und Kleinigkeiten bekommt man bequem im Supermarkt um die Ecke. Der wunderschöne Weihnachtsbaum hat unser Weihnachtsfest besonders stimmungsvoll gemacht. Am Fernseher konnten wir auch online Filme schauen, WLAN ist natürlich ebenfalls vorhanden. Auch ohne Auto ist man hier sehr gut unterwegs: Mit der Taxi-App von Taxi Rovaniemi klappte alles problemlos, die Taxis waren immer pünktlich. Die Buslinie 8 hält ebenfalls in der Nähe. Ein großer Supermarkt sowie ein Lidl sind in etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 🎄✨

Die WC-Papierhalterung war lose 🫣 aber dies ist eher belanglos bei dem was uns erwartet hatte

Põhimõtteliselt hea

Kõik oli puhas, ruumi oli palju, kõik vajalikud asjad olid olemas, 2 wc, kuna olime 10 inimesega siis oli see suurepärane lisa , ja lähedal nii santa oargile, Rovaniemi keskustalle jne... kõigest 5-7 km kõik asjad.Super!

Sooja vett võiks ikka pesemiseks rohkem olla, kui esimesed 10 sekundit esimesele inimesele, edasi oli vesi põhimõtteliselt ikkagi jahe või külma poolne. Ja välja registreerimine võiks ka olla paar tundi hilisem, sest Kui rong väljub kell 18 õhtul , aga väljas pead olema juba kell 11 hommikul, siis lastega on raske 7h aega veeta kuskil ja vedeleda.😒
