I’d highly recommend!

The staff were exceptionally lovely, the location was magical and remote (we saw the northern lights from our room). Breakfast was nice and they had lots of toiletries and extra bits that we needed.

Everything was great but the hot water ran out in the shower after about 15 minutes.

Great and instagrammable stay in Rovaniemi

The serenity of this place, surrounded by woods and lake; friendly hospitality and special touch arranged by Siiri at the front desk, created great memory of the stay. Staying in the igloo, offers us enough space for us to enjoy the lake view and take pictures (we love it still...and brought our own small lights for the night photography in the igloo), and we spent a lot of time in the cosy lounge, and at one time seeing squirrel climbing up on the tree. Was hoping to see aurora borealis in the igloo, would be perfect if we did but it was a cloudy night, luckily we joined a hunter light tour on Tripadvisor, and we managed to see it on the second night.

The socket outlet in the room is a little hard to find/ doesn't fit with our travel adaptor, forgot exactly but it's one of these reasons, and we charged our battery charger and phones in the lounge.

A great stay in Rovaniemi

The igloo was so nice and clean — we had a great stay! Loved the jacuzzi and sauna too. Thanks so much for the staff helped us to book a taxi to airport.

Perfect staff & place

Very nice and peaceful place. The staff helpful for anything you need. We had problem with the car we rented and they instantly called the rental office to solve the problem. The Igloo we stayed was big experience. You wake up and the sightseeing is absolutely impressive.

Magical experience in the Finnish north!

The place is great! Such nice views! Staff super friendly and the lounge they have available for guests is excellent. The spa is awesome!! We had an amazing time there!

The igloo is very small (although we weren’t surprised - we knew that). Just to share that guests should have it in mind when booking.

Helpful and kind staff, always easy to reach through WhatsApp for any queries. The cabin was comfortable with a cosy environment and very clean. Loved the sauna and ice pool experience — truly refreshing! 🙏🏻

The WiFi isn’t working in any of the rooms. Also, the road leading to the hotel is quite dark at night times for about 10 minutes of driving, so anyone arriving at night time should be very careful.

Amazing place!

We absolutely loved this place! The igloos are comfortable and well equipped, the staff is super nice and helpful, and they have a ton of unexpected amenities, like reindeer sausage grilling in a hut! The location is UNREAL, so pretty! This was such a great find, we’ll definitely recommend it to any of our friends going.

BEAUTIFUL & PRACTICAL GLASS HUT EXPERIENCE...

A cosy, compact little space with seating area, mini sink, toilet, and a microwave. You can stay in there the whole day if. My Glass Hut was on the frozen lake..it was a very unique and special feel for me. I love it. As for the common shower and toilet, it would be nice to have a little hanging basket to put toiletries while bathing since they do not provide any bathing soap/shampoo. Overall, this is much better than their igloo (in my opinion). There is a shared lounge which does not have a sink for washing after cooking (if necc).

Just amazing

Absolutely amazing igloo! Don't think we can describe in words what the experience was like! Everything was perfect, the igloo is very modern with all facilities and the view from it to die for! perfect for spotting the Aurora and set on a lake in beautiful woods. Would highly recommend this place for its unique feel! Kiitos!

Booked for 3 nights, stayed for 1.

I did not have breakfast with/from the company. Im sure this property is amazing in the summer. However, it is unlikely to be something a tourist with a rental car would like during the winter months.

I asked about the clearing of the road for the winter months as I would be renting a car. I was assured that it would be clear so I rented a cabin for 3 nights. The driveway and road only fit one car. It required a 6 point turn to leave the driveway. Once to the road you had to get up a somewhat steep hill, that even the local taxi struggled with. The road only had room for one car, so once I finally made it to the top of the hill another car was coming down, causing me to have togo back down in reverse. All of this on snow and Ice. There was 6 more inches of snow coming the next 2 days. I had to check out early to be sure I could get to the airport at 6:00 and not have to fight that hill. In the cabin it was nice, the only issue we had was the insolation, there was a little snow and ice build up on every window. The old wood floors were nice but they let in a lot of air.

Calm and beautiful place

The location is amazing and the Igloos by the river bank was at the perfect location, we could also see northern lights for few seconds - the weather conditions were not perfect but the location and placement of the igloos were perfect

The fact that we need to clean the utensils in the limited space with limited water is difficult and I did not like that

Perfect location for couples/ family to escape the the daily stress and enjoy the nature

Everything was just perfect. We stayed 2 days in the house & 2 days in the Iglu and we enjoyed every minute of it. Just nature nothing else around good spot for seeing the northern lights.

Nice location, glass igloo was nice with a nice view over the trees, very original, even though It was a very small room without many essencials..thank God we got to see Aurora Borealis over the Frozen lake nearby, otherwise it would've been a totally bad experience..

Watch well the prices...€399 for one night in a small room without breakfast included, without a welcome message, without TV, with a bathroom with toilet only but missing the sink and the shower, without provided slippers or bathrobes, it's honestly very poor service...no wifi connection and no in-room telephone available, so for foreigners not having a working SIM card could be even dangerous..poor

One of the best lodges I’ve been to!

Everything about this property screams serenity and peace. It’s a very beautiful and quiet place to relax and just be. The cottages were very modern. We managed to see the northern lights on the frozen lake. I would come back every year if I could!

Blissful winter getaway

We stayed in one of the igloos for 1 night and it was absolutely magical! The location is amazing and the view from the igloo was unbelievably beautiful. We saw the northern lights and were stargazing from the comfort of our bed. Igloo was also heated, had wifi and a speaker (as well as cooking facilities and a toilet). Cabin for common use has a lovely view onto the lake and a fireplace. We enjoyed trying on the snowshoes and having walk on the snowy lake. We didn't try the sauna or hottub, but they also looked fabulous. Would definitely come again!

There was nothing we didn't enjoy! Even though we believe that our gas ran out while cooking dinner, it didn't matter, as the food was ready, and there is a stovetop for common use in the cabin next door. If it had been a problem, I'm sure contacting the staff is always helpful!

Amazing location

Amazing views on the frozen Lake next to the igloos. The location is just perfect. You can walk around amazing nature. The facilities are in great condition and everything is really clean. Even the shared areas were always clean. The breakfast basket that can be ordered was more than enough to start your day.

They should tell you to book the sauna before you're stay right when you book the place. Because when they told us that we have to book the sauna there was already no spot available anymore for the time of our stay.

Cabine was nice The lake is amazing, the view and the nature around super nice! I will say the best is the nature ! You can park your car ans travel around the place easily.

The cold breakfast was ok, for 15 eur per person the basket is a little bit small and expensive. It s small cabine but was ok

Amazing place by the lake. Great view and with proper conditions, an excellent place for northern lights Bonfire to keep yourself warm while waiting for the northern lights dipping in the freezing lake.

Was looking forward to the sauna experience. Had booked it in advance but the due to some issues with electricity, couldn't use it. Kindly let me know by when I can expect my refund for sauna.

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING!

Worth every penny!! the best views you could ever get I have no words to describe it, the Igloo experience is a MUST!!! I can’t not comment the amazing speaker as well that makes the whole experience better while watching a movie with an amazing view on the background it’s just breathtaking.

The only thing that I would say as a negative is the portable toilet in the igloo which is still handy if you need to use it for an “emergency” need, but is quite uncomfortable to use.
