Arctic River House

The location of the house is perfect, near the river, you can see the Ounasvaara ski slopes from the living room, it's close to the Rovaniemi city centre, close to the shops (K City Market), and the airport and all the activities around. The house is big, 3 bedrooms, a huge wet room with a sauna and showers, the living room is spacious with a big angle couch and a chimney. Kitchen is so well equipped, with all the utensils, pans, pots, coffee machine, air fryer, hob, oven, and a huge fridge. It feels like home on holiday. The neighborhood is quiet. The hosts are awesome and super helpful - from communication prior arrival , giving tips and recommendations, to welcoming us and helping out during our stay.

Tutto fantastico! La casa è davvero bella, spaziosa, ben arredata, pulita, dotata di ogni comfort. Hanna e Jari sono stati davvero gentili, ci hanno accolti al nostro arrivo con succo caldo e biscotti, ci hanno lasciato le decorazioni per fare l'albero di Natale, spiegato tutto e sono sempre stati disponibili. Sauna fantastica, caldo perfetto dentro casa. La zona è perfetta, un isolato di villette bellissime, abbastanza lontano dal centro di Rovaniemi per avere più atmosfera, ma allo stesso tempo comoda per il centro e i supermercati. Vista piste da sci e fiume. Noi eravamo senza auto ma Uber e Bolt funzionano benissimo a qualsiasi ora. Comodissima anche la spesa a domicilio con Wolt. Il supermercato è comunque vicino.

We received a very warm welcome from the hosts including little Christmas gifts for our kids under the tree. It made us feel instantly at home. The view from the property is beautiful and the house had everything we could possibly need during our stay. It is also in a great location for Santa Claus village, Rovaniemi city centre and many other lovely Christmassy places.

Dream home with exceptional hosts! Perfectly located, close to everything. A host family that is always ready to listen and to be contacted. Very dedicated. Perfectly organised. Golden people. The house is magnificent, you feel right at home. Spacious rooms with 1st class facilities (kitchen, sauna, fireplace, etc.).
