Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Durch die direkte Lage am Bahnhof sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegener Ausgangspunkt für diverse Aktivitäten in Graubünden und umzu, egal ob Wanderungen, Zugreisen, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.. Zimmer modern, sehr ordentlich und wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet, mit tollem Ausblick und schönem Ambiente. Das Frühstück und Essensangebot ebenfalls wirklich sehr schön und lecker, nur zu empfehlen (auch als reiner Restaurantbesuch), mit ebenso tollem Ausblick. Auch der auf dem Flur befindliche Getränkekühlschrank für den kleinen spontanen Durst (gekühlte Softdrinks, Bier etc.) ist eine schöne Idee. Für den gemütlichen Abend bei Brettspielen, einem gutem Buch o.ä. gibt es noch einen sehr harmonisch eingerichteten Aufenthaltsraum, der sehr charmant zum älteren Gebäude-Ambiente eingerichtet ist. Dazu war das Personal wirklich durch die Bank sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Kritik auf hohem Niveau: Das Badezimmer ist im Gegensatz zu den sehr schön neu renovierten Zimmern noch etwas älter (dennoch ordentlich und sauber) und von der Grösse her etwas klein, mit etwas wenig Ablagefläche (erschwerend, wenn man mit einer Begleitperson unterwegs ist). Dazu passte die Duschbrause nicht 100% optimal in die Halterung, wodurch sich die Position des Wasserstrahls bei schwachem vs. stärkerem Wasserdruck immer veränderte. Wie gesagt: Kritik auf hohem Niveau und wahrscheinlich nur für sehr geniesserische "Dusch-/ Badnutzer" überhaupt relevant ;-)

The hotel is located a one-minute walk from the station platform.
We booked this hotel two days in advance.
My husband has a respiratory disease.
We were not sure if we could complete our trip to Switzerland, so we decided to go on the trip without booking a hotel.
We took the Swiss Glacier Railway and got off at St. Moritz, but since it is at a high altitude,
we decided to go back from St. Moritz to Filisur.
When I booked the hotel, I made a number of requests. My husband cannot carry heavy luggage up the stairs, so I would like the room to be on the lower floor. If our room is on the second floor, I would like them to help me carry the suitcases.
This hotel accepted my requests very kindly. Thank you very much.
The person who checked us in was very kind and gentle, and I was very happy.
We were full after eating at the Glacier Railway, but we appreciated the kind service and discussed eating at the restaurant of this hotel.
However, the restaurant of the hotel only had a course menu.
I am sorry that we could not eat at the restaurant.
We could see the trains running from our hotel room.
& we could hear the birds singing. It was a nice stay.
Our room was a hut style room with a beautiful view.
The hotel was very clean and there were beautiful flowers on the windows. I can tell that the staff here take good care of it on a daily basis. The staff were also very kind and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.
The service was excellent.
