Beautiful old and traditional building with a lot of history, comfortable beds and pillows, spotlessly clean, warm and cozy.

A little tricky getting in and out of the shower room, could do with a bigger space.

Great location, cool views from our room, and friendly helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with many options. And they kindly let us store our bags the next day while we went hiking.

Great old building in the middle of the village. Really nice atmosphere, big & nice decorated room. The restaurant was very good! I booked a room with a shared bathroom which was no issue at all, very clean shower/toilet.

Very classic old, but charming hotel! All the staff are super friendly! My room was really quaint with old colorful furniture. I had a nice view of the mountains and the village square! The restaurant serves a very tasty pizza! Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of items. The old village of Bergün is so beautiful and there are also wonderful hikes to Latsch & Stugl high above Bergün! Thanks again for an amazing visit! 😁

Great old hotel, celan and well kept. I would recommend it, especially for the warmer months.

The location is great, they have a big garden, so I recommend it for Summer and the warmer months. Breakfast was simple, nothing special but good enough. Great parking and close to the museum, and downtown fro strolling.

The dinner menu was basically pizza and the usual spaghetti and normal dishes. Not bad, but nothing special. The should offer regional specialties like Kapunz etc

At some point, a general refurbishment & modernisation might be an idea - however, everything is functional, works and has its own charme as is.

We liked Bergun very much but the hotel was disappointing, not what we expect of Swiss standards.

The location of the hotel was good, the building was quite traditional and the town was pretty. The hotel restaurant was very good and the hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean.

The hotel room was very disappointing. A corner of the room had been sectioned off for the toilet and shower but there was nowhere to put toiletries or even to hang a towel, it also offered little privacy. The sink (and mirror) for washing hands was in the bedroom. No toiletries were provided, not even hand soap and the towels were poor quality. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, not even a bottle of water supplied. No mini-bar, no tv and no safe, it was very basic and not good value for money.

The staff were so nice, attentive, welcoming. During check-in and breakfast, check out. Dinner was amazing! This pizzeria is totally recommended! We like the antique hotel :-)
