Panorama fantastico; appartamento spazioso moderno con terrazzo esclusivo e arredato.Posto macchina compreso, buon wifi.Tv, aria condizionata, lavatrice e lavastoviglie.Posto ideale per relax in riva al mare.Simpatica e comoda la cremagliera sempre a disposizione per raggiungere casa con valigie spesa ecc, ma c'è comunque salita a piedi disponibile.Mare molto pulito, spiaggia ghiaiosa.Appartamento molto grande ( eravamo in 2 ma con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni!)

Qualche insetto di troppo anche in casa ma terrazzo con prato naturale e tanto verde attorno li richiama inevitabilmente.Occorre prendere la macchina per spese ordinarie ma difronte c'è spiaggia attrezzata con bar e pizzeria anche da asporto.

Per salire con il ‘’ montacarichi ‘’ un po di difficoltà

1) Stunning sea view - biggest selling feature 2) Very good communication with proprietor in advance 3) Secure parking 4) Free wifi 5) Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a toilet 6) Uncluttered 7) Quirky access via clunky funicular - an experience in itself 8) Laundry and toilet accessories more than adequate 9) Large fridge and large freezer 10) Two bottles of complimentary water 11) Washing machine and dishwasher provided

1) Access to premises challenging due to tourists blocking the entrance with their own cars and uneven incline (cars with low ground clearance may have difficulty) 2) One of the two toilets had neither a seat nor a lid 3) Loose towel rail in one bathroom 4) Wifi very slow 5) Could not find any channels on TV 6) Garden area untended and full of weeds. We washed down the outside table and chairs ourselves 7) Sharp edges in dangerous positions (e.g. head height shelves) 8) Shower in one bathroom sprayed water onto window ledge (so don't put your towels there) 9) Kitchen tap loose 10) No microwave or toaster (admittedly these were not itemised in the property description) 11) Large pan for induction stove too big for dishwasher 12) No plastic or wooden spatula to avoid scrathcing non-stick induction pans 13) No pods for washing machine
