Spectacular View!!!!

Oh my gosh.......THE VIEW!!! Wow!!! The apartments were first class, recently renovated! Great AC and a fantastic location in Genoa. You ride a mini lift to get up to the apartment and the balconies have a full view of the sea!! Pictures don't do it justice. Also had off street parking as well!! Great location as Genoa is about 90 minutes from Cinque Terre region, Monte Carlo, Nice France and just over 2 hours from Lake Como and we did it all! Also had a nice little restaurant across the street on the beach called Pomo! Check it out for great food and friendly service. Tell them that Ray from California recommended them!! The staff of Campetti Apartments was fantastic!!

Great stay in lovely appartement

Vert modern, comfy, close to Genova

The only minor challenge was network connection . WiFi which is provided is extremely slow and 5/4G is poor coverage

Bell’appartamento , nuovo , pulito . Bellissima vista mare.Le foto corrispondono.

Il telefono prende poco , c’è il Wi-Fi ma funziona poco . La televisione prende bene solo la Rai , per il resto non c’è il segnale. Poche le stoviglie ( 2 bicchieri per 3 ospiti ) , sarebbe stato meglio avere scopa e paletta in casa . Consiglio di dare qualche informazione in più agli ospiti ( gestione spazzatura , funzionamento elettrodomestici , etc) . Piccoli accorgimenti ma che farebbero la differenza.

Un appartement reposant avec vue panoramique mais mal insonorisé

La vue mer époustouflante ainsi que les autres vues depuis chaque fenêtre, l'espace de l'appartement et le côté cosy.

Le matelas de la chambre parentale beaucoup trop ferme, le bruit non stop de la climatisation dans la chambre parentale et la mauvaise insonorisation avec les autres appartements.. ce n'est pas suffisamment isolé au point de vue phonique. Les toiles d'araignées dans la salle de bain n'avaient pas été nettoyées depuis longtemps.

Un luogo ameno, ma che manca di attenzione.

Ottimo staff! Receptionist cordiale e prontissima a sistemare gli imprevisti (che ringraziamo caldamente per la cortesia) spazi ampi e curati. Vista mare aperta favolosa!

Ci sono stati diversi problemi: il cancello non si apriva quando siamo arrivati e quindi abbiamo aspettato la manutenzione, che per guasti era impegnata altrove (abbiamo pranzato fuori nell'attesa quindi non ci è pesato); hanno sbagliato appartamento, ma fortunatamente era libero quello simile a quello richiesto e subitissimo ci hanno spostati; dentro casa il pavimento nei pressi delle portefinestre erano coperti d acqua per via di temporali (pessimi infissi) e abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi ad asciugare; per di più quando siamo andati via diluviava e non funzionava la cabina per scendere: la scalinata alternativa é esposta e anche piuttosto rscivolosa con la pioggia quindi ci siamo inzuppati e avevamo anche tutti i bagagli da portare. Aggiungerei ma solo vome plus che manca una moca (macchina solo a cialde) e insalatiera per i pasti (soprattutto in estate).

Wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Sehr bequeme Betten.

Der ständige Lärm des Verkehrs auf der Straße vor dem Haus, das Dröhnen der vorbeifahrenden Züge und das Rauschen der Autobahn oberhalb des Gebäudes. Schrecklich. Jeden Tag musste ich mein Zimmer verlassen und irgendwohin fahren, um etwas Ruhe zu finden. Es gibt keine Schublade in der Küche, keinen Platz für Lebensmittel und keinen Abfalleimer. Internet sehr schwach.

Tolle große Wohnung mit riesiger Dachterrasse.

Toller Blick über das Meer. Wunderschöne Terrasse und unglaublich viel Platz. In die Badewanne passt eine ganz Familie.

Ein beleuchtetes Schild bei Ankunft im Dunklen wäre sehr hilfreich, da man mit dem Navi nicht genau an der Zufahrt ankommt. Ein Wasserkocher wäre ein großer Gewinn.

il self check in è comodissimo perchè non c'è un vincolo di orario, veramente un ottimo servizio La posizione dell'alloggio è veramente comoda con un parcheggio riservato e chiuso da un cancello L'appartamento pulito e accogliente con un mobilio moderno offre un soggiorno veramente ottimo lo consiglio e sicuramente lo sceglierò se dovessi ritornare

Se posso permettermi il materasso un po rigido (ma sono gusti personali)

Wygodny apartament blisko morza, co wazne z parkingiem. Trzeba jednak wziac pod uwage, ze mieszka sie tuz obok stacji i torow kolejowych. Przy zamknietych oknach to nie przeszkadza, ale rano sporo pociagow jednak kursuje. Piekny widok na morze, fajne miejsce na zewnatrz na parterze do siedzenia. Ciekawe rozwiazanie w postaci windy - jedzie bardzo wolno, ale dzieki niej nie trzeba wnosic bagazy na gore, a warto pamietac, ze dom jest na wzgorzu (ok 20m). Dostepna pralka. Elastyczny gospodarz, reagujacy na prosbe o przedluzenie doby!

Slaba ergonomia kuchni, niepelne wyposazenie w sztućce, kubki i talerze. Brak lustra w jednej lazience.

Besondere Unterkunft vor den Toren Genuas in luxussaniertem großem Haus.

Einmaliges Erlebnis. Nagelneu und top saniert. Hochwertige geschmackvolle Wohnungen. Schallisoliert. Privatsphäre. Auf einer Anhöhe mit freiem Blick aufs Meer.

Abseits einer Ortschaft gelegen. Auto unabdingbar. Bahngleise und befahrene Straße unterhalb des Hauses. Nicht hörbare Autobahn weit oberhalb des Hauses. Küchen- u. Kochutensilien unvollständig.

Дуже затишні, гарно обладнані, чисті номери, біла хрустка постіль. Гарний підйом на фунікулері, якщо є багато речей. Персонал дуже ввічливий, у всіх питаннях оперативно допомагав. Чудові кафе на набережній.

При виїзді не спрацював фунікулер.

Guter Zwischenstop in Richtung Süden, sehr sauber und neu!

Hellhörigkeit im Haus, man hört sehr gut Geräusche aus den Nachbarwohnungen (Weckersignal, Sprechen, Badezimmergeräusche....)

Preis-Leistung könnte mit geringem Auswand sehr verbessert werden- denn die Aussicht ist wirklich wunderschön!

Aussicht Top

Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Sehr leichthörig innerhalb des Hauses (Nachbaren hört man sprechen, Stühle rücken hört man über die Stockwerke. Haus neben Eisenbahn und Hauptstrasse, schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist laut. Sonnenschirm zwar vorhanden, Sonnenschirmfuss jedoch nicht komplett- also kein Sonnenschutz auf der tollen Terrasse. Falls „Zubringerbahn“ defekt ist (was bei uns zutraf) ist Kofferschleppen über die Treppe angesagt. Nicht zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kinderwagen oder Personen mit Gehbeeinträchtigung. Offeriertes Frühstück (da Küche schmutzig war und Zubringerbahn nicht funktionierte) im nahegelegenen Grand Hotel, war so wie in einem IBIS- Hotel- sehr schade.
