When i went to check in i didn't have any expectations. I was on tight budget, 3 days of a conference and was happy i found a room at that price litteraly 10 min from the big fancy hotel where the conference taking place.
I was happy to see how the room was super clean, comfortable, and had small extra that made me have wonderful night sleep. The owners are descrete and nice people who are working hard to keep the room spotless.
I'll definitly come back next year when going to the conference

Bathroom was clean/decent. Furniture was clean. Sheets were not clean. Well, let me rephrase, I could tell they were cleaedn but clearly stained, and some areas were quite obvious. I pull sheets back all the way to the foot of the bed and check for bed bugs. I must assume they knew the sheets were unacceptable and tried to hide that portion. Just get new sheets.

The room was clean, the hotel's location is minutes from downtown St. Louis, and the hotel was a good value.
