The water temperature fluxuates a lot in the shower.

Beds are clean and comfortable. Heat and AC works great. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels and washcloths.
The soda machine kept charging my credit card but would not dispense a beverage. I actually forgot this happened so I did it twice. The front desk asked me to call the soda company, yet the next day I learned they still didn't call to report the issue themselves. This, to me, is a scam. I would not so quickly dismiss a hotel guest, either. It was clear I was one of many to report the issue. Very questionable indeed.

It was clean and the lady at the front desk was very nice.
The property is older, one of the juice dispenser didn’t work. The bed needs a new mattress. I kept sinking to the middle and the carpet needed cleaning.

Proximity to freeway and parking
Was told they were understaffed. Had problems with my tv and both ice machines didn’t work. Had stayed there before, but things are not as good now. For the cost of this room, I expected more.
