We liked the access via roads and proximity to restaurant choices.
Some of the people staying there were rude to the staff who handled it with aplomb.

The bathroom was dirty, drain stopper in the bathtub was broken and pulled out (couldn't use to bathe our child). Upon check in, the staff almost charged me twice due to not being able to pull information from booking. Took about 20 minutes to resolve.
