    This property offers great value with its clean and spacious rooms, complemented by excellent amenities and a welcoming staff. The pool area is a fantastic spot to relax, while ample parking makes it easy to access. The location is perfect for exploring the surroundings on foot, enhancing the overall experience.     I can't give it rave reviews, but it was fine. Room was nice and very clean, but with a few issues (broken shower drain made baby bath hard, but manageable). Location is great in particular if you access to the Kirkwood train (which we did). Amenities were fine. There are two connected restaurant, a bar and a mediocre Chilis. both accessible from inside the hotel. Donut shop next door also and lots of shopping a walkable distance, but without sidewalks to get to them. Staff was a frustrating mixed bag. Floor staff (cleaning staff, etc) were incredible friendly and helpful. Front desk staff seemed overworked and probably high turnover given how little they knew about their hotel. (I asked about restaurants, and the staff I talked to seemed unaware they were connected, so directed me to walk around outside). We got a good price, so acceptable for our needs, but only a light recommendation because cleanliness tops most priorities for us.
