Internet was amazing
The water only worked on one setting and that setting sent to to the depths of the 9th level of hell with hotness

Female staff was nice.
Coffee was not hot in the lobby
The microwave in the vending area was very tiny with low wattage and needed to be cleaned more often.
Newer towels. Some towels needed to be taken out of circulation...they were threadbare and super thin.
The large trash bins were left out in the hall by the elevator and we're smelly. The elevator floor needed mopping more often, especially since it snowed. Large puddles of water are a falling
hazardous.!
