I like that there was practically new mattress no bugs.
The stove only has one of the two burners that works and barely works. Absolutely no water pressure in the shower.

Location to everything and near the 270. It was very quiet at night.
The rooms, although remodeled, lack finishing touches, such as a door sweep to keep the torrents of water from blowing in under the door. Surfaces that are touched by hands are painted with flat wall paint and have gotten dirty.
