    no dry air hair, no coffee in room , slow wifi and no kitchen ware. why Agoda website showed provide stuff and said high qualified wifi we not happy that small park size cause when open door hit other park car not safe not buffet hot but poor service plan on time .

    When we arrived our room, wasn’t ready The request in the reservation for a handicap room was not honored. A second request for a room close the elevator was also not honored. The facilities looked ragged and definitely not updated. There was a musty smell in the hallway. Although the attendant was courteous she was not helpful since she wasn’t able to solve any of the problems.
