The property is spacious with 2 big rooms, many big beds, large living room/common activities space, equipped with kitchen necessities, nice to chill with family and for group gathering. It is generally clean and tidy. Group activities like playing pool and mahjong there were fun!

The condition of the mahjong table has degraded, the table top coating started to peel off. The karaoke system was told by the owner that it was out of order but no discount on the rental fee for this defect. The TV hung high up is not a nice position for general TV watching and it cannot be seen while seated on the sofa side. 2 toilets cum bathrooms are a thoughtful provision for big group staying, however they are rather small in size each. The downside of this place and location is that the outside noise from the commercial activities such as loud karaoke singing and discotheque music into the wee hours at night was disturbing to our sleep.
