Appreciated the close proximity to shops and food!
Smooth key retrieval and we received instructions on avoiding unnecessary parking payment.
Apartment was clean and had adequate amenities for the stay.
Bed was comfortable and sheets felt clean.
Had electric kettle and hairdryer.
Suggestion for a map to help locate the correct entrance to the apartment block from the allocated carpark lot.
We were not familiar with the place and took a long time trying different doors.
Some of the power outlets were not working, as such the ?previous user had unplugged the wifi router.
We had our own data plan so this was not too big a concern, however other travellers might need it.

Nearby to paradigm mall. This is my 2nd time. Staying paradigm residence. Clean house. Well prepared.

All ok. Except maybe can give extra pillow.
The sofa and pillow at the living room. Don't feel comfortable and maybe can put clean cloth on top. That can be wash. Every customer visit.
