Don’t like the lift scanner to scan the QR. It requires many times of scanning before it can track it

Security was good. You needed a qr code to access to the building n lift and needed a pin to the main door n room door. Plenty of eateries nearby

You will have a problem printing the qr code from the self help machine at the entrance if u are not using ur own sg number. Thank goodness the security guard is kind enuff to help register my info n get the qr code sent to y watapps number. The only setback is can only park at visitor lot which are all not sheltered. Lastly, I booked for a studio with balcony but was given 1 without a balcony.

Location is indeed SUPERB. Truly convenient.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay. The instructions were provided in fragmented, piecemeal messages, which made the entire check-in process unnecessarily frustrating and stressful. Despite informing you of my arrival time in advance, responses were delayed, and I was left waiting without clear guidance. This lack of coordination reflects very poorly on the overall management. Basic and essential information, including the WiFi details, was not proactively shared. I had to request it myself, which should not be the responsibility of a guest. The presence of multiple individuals in the chat group did not translate into efficiency or responsiveness. On the contrary, it created confusion and did not result in timely assistance when needed. I wasted more than half an hour simply trying to access the elevator and locate the apartment. It was not indicated anywhere that Unit 05-05A is located within 05-05. There is no reasonable way a guest would be expected to know this without clear prior instruction. This oversight caused unnecessary inconvenience and distress upon arrival. For context, this is not my first time staying in an apartment, and I have never encountered such disorganized key collection procedures or unclear instructions before. The entire experience has left a very bitter impression. I strongly urge you to review your check-in process, communication protocols, and guest support responsiveness to prevent future guests from going through a similar ordeal.
