The property has easy access to the Paradigm Mall.
The key tag is not sensitive to access the digital lock into the apartment. One needs to glide the tag a few times to unlock. There are no hangers for guests to hang their clothes in the rooms.

The apartment was well laid out and comfortable. It has a great location, right above Paradigm Mall. East access to shops, F&B and facilites including cinemas, ice rink and archery range.
Vehicle access to the mall on weekends is terrible so if you plan to go out, try to get back to the area at non-peak shopping times as the traffic jam outside the mall is at a virtual standstill especially on weekend afternoons. Try to check out early as well as the lifts are very busy between 10-11am.

The toilet seat was detached from the bowl and the toilet was smelly and very poor ventilation.
