We happened to book this place, which is just behind Paradigm Mall, Met with some hiccup on the number of person, which is my issue, as i didn't chose the correct pax but lucky everything still work up fine, Am grateful that the places looks exactly like the photo, also not only the host kept it neat & clean, this place smells great, me and my family loves the place so much, that we have request for an hour late check out, & the host just provide me with a free extension, really appreciate it. will recommend it if you heading near paradigm mall or Sutera mall

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay! The place is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy rooms to the fully equipped amenities. The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed and quick to respond to questions. The location is perfect — quiet and relaxing, yet still close to shops, food, and attractions. It truly felt like a home away from home, and the atmosphere was so peaceful that we could relax completely. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality. Without a doubt, this has been one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced, and I would love to return again!

It’s walking distance of 7mins to Paradigm Mall. Since it is a residential property, it equipped with living room, kitchen, washing machine if you need to use.

A security deposit of either RM300 using Touch & Go or SGD100 using Paynow. I do not own the previous so chose the latter. A leap of faith that it is fully refunded as it is payable directly to owner. Although I totally understand the rationale, thorough checking the stay during check in is required in any case I’m being blamed for the fault of previous occupants.
