The house is very comfortable and big, it is in quiet area very good for sleep. Landlord respond is good and quick, she will try her best to solve my problem.
3 bathroom out of shampoo and body wash, kitchen’s sink water leaking and living room sofa abit dirty.

1. The homestay is within the gated & guarded premise. Good security.
2. Kids friendly. A lot of toys & board game
3. PS4! My 1st ever homestay experience with video games facility
4. Washing machine. I could bring less cloth for longer stay
5. A stone's throw away from restaurant
6. Automated gate with remote control. No hassle especially in raining days
1. Lack of cloth washing detergent
2. The outdoor clothing rack was not in good condition caused instability to hang the cloth after machine washed
3. Body shampoo in certain room is not refilled.
4. Car porch is not swept properly
Note: I believe the owner could resolve the complaints easily for better homestay experience in future :)

Kids friendly and the location of the property.
The floor was dusty, water pressure was low in the toilets on second floor, lack of floor mat, toilet rolls not replaced
