Brian, who manages the property, is very responsive, polite, and friendly. He quickly answered all my questions and provided clear explanations.
From the photos, the house looked awesome, and the reviews were generally good. So, I booked it quickly since the rate was quite reasonable for such a big house. However, upon checking in, we found that the floors and carpets were not thoroughly cleaned. We had to mop twice ourselves, and the living hall carpets were quite dusty. The exterior was also not cleaned at all.
Another area of concern was the shower room in the master bedroom. The owner may have had a reason for not fixing the shower screen, but they moved the shower next to the WC, which was quite shocking. It should have been touched up a bit, as it looks uncomfortable.
