It looks very well maintained. the management looked into the details and equipped the place with necessary amenities.
the carpark arrangements. First they could extend the carpark hours to after check out, since the next guess will probably need the carpark space at around 4. that will give us time to roam the mall have lunch before leaving. The carpark exit at level 4( the only exit that we can use without being charge) leads to one only route. When I wanted to reroute back to the property, it was a about 1km- 1.5km of drive

Location is excellent. Besides, there is a shopping below the apartment.
The cleanliness of the property is terrible. There’s bad odor and dirty in the apartment. There are cockroaches in the toilet, bed room and kitchen.
