I like the facility. Clean & cozy. the host also answered my question very well. Nice view from balcony.
the location is a bit far from UTM. difficult to find malay restaurant. mostly chinese eateries.

The guard didn’t understand basic English or Malay, which made it difficult to collect the key at first.

The location is strategic, with plenty of food and beverage options nearby such as mamak restaurants, Speedmart, Zus Coffee, kfc, mcd and FamilyMart.
The water pipe in the toilet was leaking, and although Netflix was provided, it couldn’t be accessed even though an account was already prepared for guests.
