Too difficult to open main door.

The location was decent and the view was amazing. Full sea view. Customer service by Nest has been awesome again. Replying promptly via WS.

Ants, bugs, small cockroaches at night but not too worrying. Staff send insecticide the next day.

Best view & facility

Maybe door for shower required modifications. Not close enough..but its okayy..dat just minor

Location

The toilets were in poor condition, with peeling wooden doors, grimy flooring and very small shower areas. Overall, the bathroom facilities were unpleasant and uncomfortable to use. I was also concerned about my children’s safety as the lock on the sliding balcony door was faulty. In addition, the artificial grass carpet on the balcony appeared unclean. There were several maintenance and usability issues throughout the apartment. The fan remotes were entirely in Chinese. The side table in the living room was missing a roller wheel causing it to be unstable and unsafe for use. Surprisingly, there were also no mirrors in any of the bedrooms, which was inconvenient for a family staying for several days. Due to these issues, we chose to spend most of our time outdoors and only returned to the apartment to sleep each night. Unfortunately overall, it did not provide the comfort we had expected for a family vacation.
