The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the central bus terminal. City buses and taxis are easy to use, making it comfortable to get around the city. The room was clean, with thick walls that blocked noise from neighbors, and the bed was comfortable. The owner was kind and shared some of the food and drinks they prepared, giving a taste of the local flavor. There are several local restaurants right in front of the apartment, and a shopping mall is nearby. The cleaner was very friendly, which made the stay enjoyable. A water dispenser was also available, which was convenient for staying hydrated.

Occasionally, there was a sewage-like smell in the bathroom or toilet. However, the apartment was kept clean, and this may be common in other apartments in Abu Dhabi.

This place really letted us having a good rest.

Super convenient location with super good conditions. Everything just perfect. The host Igrid just super nice prepared the PDF introductions for helping guests to find the place very easily. The room is super clean with good smell, we just feel pity didn’t find this place when we were first visited Abu Dhabi. Really high recommendation for everyone who is looking place to stay in Abu Dhabi. Very good location to go to Airport by A2 and many buses go to almost every famous place.

Good value option near central bus station

10 walk from Central Bus Station and shopping mall. Lots of food options nearby. For a budget stay in Abu Dhabi, this is a good choice. Bathrooms outside your room. The apartment is subdivided into multiple rooms, with kitchen facility. Washer machine in kitchen, free for guest use.

Softer beds. Abu Dhabi is an expensive city. Attractions/sights are spread far apart. Need to take Careem (car hailing) to places like Grand Mosque, beach or Al Watan. Bus from airport to Central Bus Station fare is the cheapest option.

Enjoyable and friendly stay in Abu Dhabi

Ingrid (host) is very helpful and understanding. We arrived late at night due to flight times as informed to her, and she was ready to welcome us in the middle of the night to leave our luggage for an extra cost, and to freshen ourselves up with a coffee (has basic needs in kitchen for self preparations). The provided Room and washroom were clean and comfortable where we stayed for 2 days. She does a great job maintaining and looking after the apartment. Best wishes!

To jest po prostu mieszkanie w którym ktoś wynajmuje pokoje, zwykły pokój, bez szaleństw, sam pokój był czysty, fajna lokalizacja bo zaraz przy głównym dworcu autobusowym i dużo jeździ tam autobusów komunikacji miejskiej, jest parę sklepów spożywczych i dobry kebab bardzo blisko. Bardzo miła Pani która nam wydała pokój i bardzo pomocna. Idealne miejsce żeby przyjechać tam z lotniska w Abu dhabi, przespać się jedną noc i jechać dalej.

Materace na łóżku są super twarde ale jedną noc można się przespać.

Dobra lokalizacja blisko dworca autobusowego i postoju taxi. Za dworcem duża galeria handlowa. Dookoła pełno sklepów oraz punktów gastronomicznych. Idealny na 1 lub dwa noclegi dla osób niewymagających. Za niedużą opłatą można zostawić bagaże na kilka godzin po zdaniu pokroju.

Tout ce qu’on attendait (voir plus !)

Tout ! L’emplacement avec le bus depuis l’aéroport juste à côté, la gare centrale a quelques pas, la chambre très confortable, les produits mis à disposition dans la salle de bain étaient un vrai plus (shampoing, gel douche, conditionner), la possibilité d’utiliser la machine pour le linge. Nous avons pu arriver à 2h du matin grâce à la procédure d’arrivée autonome mis en place par Ingrid. Tout était top, vraiment.

La seul chose que j’aurai à dire, c’est peut être d’ajouter des draps au lieu d’un simple plaid car avec la climatisation, on a eu un peu froid.

У нас была длительная пересадка в Абу-Даби, и решили забронировать ночь в TheGrid-HomeStay, чтобы днём прогуляться по городу и немного посмотреть местные достопримечательности! Прилетели ночью, добрались без проблем на автобусе до Центрального автовокзала (находится напротив гостиницы, что очень удобно). Хозяйка всегда была на связи, скинула подробную инструкцию по местоположению и заселению (удобный бокс с ключом и кодом на входе), заселились. Номер чистый, ванна с туалетом общая, но тоже чистая, все принадлежности: мыло, шампунь..Всё что нужно для пребывания)) Ингрид - хозяйка была очень радушная, даже предоставила нам длинные одеяния и платки для посещения Мечети (так как мы были налегке). Так что абсолютно советую данные апартаменты всем, кому нужен недорогой, чистый и очень удобный по расположению вариант для проживания в городе. Спасибо Ингрид!

La ubicación esta muy bien para moverse a distintas partes de abu dhabi, los baños estaban bien, el aire funcionaba bien la cocina estaba bien preparada, lavadora, plancha etc... muy buena relacion calidad precio

Lo unico malo a destacar de este sitio es que para nuestro gusto tenia las camas muy muy duras, quizas nosotros es que estemos acostumbrados a camas blandas, pero el resto estaba muy bien.
