Stay away!

Nothing ... the hotel was not operating (as the building was being renovated) when we turned up to check in. We had to look for alternative accommodation at short notice.

Worst experience

Nothong because the number they gave after booking doesnt work. I went to the location and i could not find the house after paying online.

I tried all means of communication after reaching the place and my number was blocked. I could not access the room. I had to rebook another apartment and i was not given a refund.

I discovered that the hotel does not exist. The building at the stated address is abandoned, with no reception, no staff and no functioning accommodation. It is evident that this property has not been operating for some time, yet it was still advertised and sold on platform.

As a result, we were left without any place to stay late at night in a foreign country, which voided significant stress, inconvenience. We had no choice but to urgently book another hotel at our own expense.

Very friendly staff, good price and location, the room is clean. The ceiling in the shower is not clean, it is much noisy because of the road nearby, and there is a strange smell of detergents.

Budget dump

The location is great, just behind Madina Zayed shopping centre. The owner is very friendly and helpful. All information was sent on time and check in was hassle free.

The entire building should be condemned and is not habitable for humans. The ceiling was broken in the bathroom and the pipes duct taped l. The room felt like a 2 x 2 metre coffin. The bed was hard like a stone. The room was mouldy and very cold. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the person breathing next door, they were noisy all night so of course no rest. For the price I paid, I didn’t expect much, I was looking for a clean comfortable space for the night to board my flight the next day. I do believe I should’ve just slept at the airport, it would have been more pleasant. Budget shouldn’t mean dirty, the space should be comfortable and clean.

La ubicación, leí que era peligrosa la zona y no es así. Conviene si vas solo y pagas single, sino no es buena la relación calidad precio. Se puede lavar ropa y hay café.

El precio por doble. No hay ningún elemento de cocina y ningún lugar en común para hostel.

Camera nella norma

La "finestra" della camera aveva il vetro rotto, si sentivano tutti i rumori esterni. Purtroppo nella stessa notte in cui abbiamo soggiornato un gruppo di ragazzi accanto alla nostra camera ha fatto un party con musica alta e urla fino alle 5 del mattino. Inutili i nostri tentativi di richiamo per farli smettere, e nessuno in struttura controlla. Letto scomodissimo!
