There are two bathrooms in sharing. I'd recommend the landlord to keep one labelled for men and one for women only.

There was very poor support from the manager, despite him saying he did all that he could do.

There was nothing to like here. Manager was very weak. Too much noise for us to sleep.

During our stay, a contractor working on the same floor was making excessive noise, which made it impossible for us to sleep. We reported this issue to the manager and asked him to intervene, but he took no action. Despite raising the matter several times, nothing was done to stop or reduce the disturbance. As a result, we were unable to rest while the contractor was working. When I requested compensation for the disruption, the manager refused to offer any refund or credit, which was completely unacceptable. I also advised the manager that he should report the contractor to the authorities and request to see their building permit to ensure they were operating legally and in compliance, but again, he did nothing. What made the situation even more disappointing was the manager’s attitude. He was dismissive and negative and made excuses such as, “It’s not my fault,” “I can’t do anything about it,” and “I don’t have time to follow up with the contractor’s manager.” This lack of accountability and basic customer care was extremely frustrating. Had we known that major renovations were taking place on the same floor by another company, causing this level of noise disturbance, we would never have made this booking. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. A manager should be able to handle complaints and take reasonable steps to resolve issues as they arise, but in this case, nothing was done to alleviate the situation. We are extremely disappointed with this company and how our concerns were handled.

Great stay, for low price

The hygiene was very good, the privacy is well maintained, peaceful place..really had quality time..the staff is very well behaved. Would surely like to come back again..great stay for this price.

The staff was friendly

Very cold inside the room. They have some kind of central air conditioning system that doesn't turn off. Also there is noise in the room that never stops. I was freezing and couldn't sleep and had to leave the hotel and sleep at the airport

Great for solo adventures. Clean and well located.

Great location. Lots of food and a mall nearby. AC works really well but you can't control it. Guess it's good I visited during winter. Room is pretty small but just enough for 1 person to rest. Great for solo travellers who just need a place to rest. Only 1 power point, so you either use it to charge your devices or use it for you lamp. You need to request for a towel for your shower too. Toilet is great, spacious and clean, with warm water for the shower. You share 2 toilets for about 8 rooms. Didn't need to wait behind anyone. All in all, great place for the solo traveller.

No instructions given on how to access the property after booking. Contact person takes a while to answer texts on WhatsApp. Place could get a higher rating if the room number and check instructions were given upon confirmation. Anyways, once you reach the property, it's on M level.

Good location and friendly staff

It's in a great spot, right near Khaldiya mall and the corniche. Ashean is super helpful and friendly, too. The room's a little small, but it's fine for just one person.

It's not a very social place, and there's nowhere to eat. Plus, it's a little pricey.

Room size, missing toilet paper, service and speed of service, kitchen size, no tissues in kitchen, kitchen cleaning liquid, kitchen dustbin too small for shared use, bathroom cleanliness. All rooms are not similar in space.

Friendly staff budget hotel with beautiful view

The location is very near to the beach, 10 to 15 mins walk . The staff Bilal very helpful and calmed me down , for waiting while he prepared my room for early check in

Location , location , location plus the polite and helpful staff. The property is safe , full of privacy . The single room enough to rest and I can do my mindfulness yoga . The centralised airconditioned apartment amazing . Microwave , shared kitchen and toilet always clean and spotless

None at all . If you are looking for a shared apartment with cool air con . DSV is the answer . Always remember it is not a hotel . Expect the unexpected . However , it was beyond my expectations. I extended 2 more nights at DSV & I’m so happy

staying in DSV was a fantastic experience short walk to Corniche,DSV offers beautiful views and easy access to amenities,The staff particularly Sanath were incredible helpful and friendly,Sanath went above and beyond to assist me,The room was Comfortable,clean and well maintained ,overall I,d highly recommended DSV property to anyone looking for convenience and comfortable place to stay Thanks again to Sanath and his team

More privacy than hostel and for fair money

DSV property has convenient location close to the beach and with many facilities in surroundings. Please be aware that each guest has own room, so when travelling as couple keep that in mind. Bed were confortable tho. From our point of view it was fair accomodation for money. And host is very nice, explained everything thoroughly. If you are looking for budget option and a little more privacy than in hostel DSV property is great for you.

Отличное расположение - 15 мин пешком до пляжа Корниш, рядом - оч много мест, где можно поесть, супермаркет в двух шагах. Очень чисто и в номере, и в местах общего пользования. Есть кухонный уголок с холодильником, чайником, микроволновкой, плиткой и даже стиральной машинкой. Заселение - без проблем, но нужно писать в воцап, чтобы пришел кто-то и выдал ключ. Комната (single) маленькая, но на одного - ок.

Негде посушить вещи (после пляжа например или после стиралки). Больше никаких неприятных особенностей.

Расположение отличное, до пляжа Корниш 15 минут пешком, рядом огромное количество магазинов и кафе, а также торговый центр. Персонал отзывчивый - ответили на все мои вопросы) В комнатах и общих помещениях чисто, не душно и не жарко( Единственный минус - это полное отсутствие шумоизоляции, я слышала буквально все: как кто-то открывает холодильник или кашляет, так ещё в 10 утра что-то активно сверлили на улице, так что тем кто любит поспать подольше это сделать не дадут) За такую цену я считаю что это шикарнейший вариант
